Mas Mascaros is located in the unique and stunning village of Ullastret, in the heart of the Baix Emporda. Ullastret has a population of fewer than 300 and the locals, many of whom have lived here for generations, are proud of their village and its unique character and appeal. The stunning Iberian town of Ullastret quietly sits amongst the golden cereal fields in the Baix Emporda area of the Costa Brava and was one of the first fortified urban settlements to be found in Catalonia. It is located on a small hill from which it overlooks the gentle and peaceful landscape of the Emporda and Costa Brava to the South and the Pyrenees Mountains and Girona to the North.

Mas Mascaros is the result of a careful restoration with no expense spared. The masia boasts 2 huge family master rooms with en-suite and Jacuzzi, 5 en-suite double bedrooms, a large family kitchen with a glass covered well, 3 huge reception rooms one with an impressive dining table and bar, an office and a beautiful large entrance hallway with original fireplace. There is also a 4 bedroom garden cottage.

The first floor terrace, with built in BBQ area, looks over the wonderful and peaceful Baix Emporda countryside, ideal for relaxing on warm evenings.

The beautiful landscape garden includes a swimming pool and a decked seating area which over looks an ornamental pond.

Privacy is guaranteed and the automatic entry gates and alarm system allow for complete peace of mind
